Cloudrix ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Tilburg, Netherlands (KVK: 97732699), operates the StatusPage service at status.cloudrix.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Data We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor, Stripe.

Status Page Data

We collect data related to status pages you create, including page names, component names, incident reports, maintenance schedules, and subscriber email addresses. This data is necessary to provide the status page service.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. We use our own analytics service (analytics.cloudrix.io) for this purpose.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

4. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. We store only your Stripe customer ID for subscription management. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • MongoDB Atlas — for data storage (EU region)
  • Resend — for transactional email delivery

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Status page data (incidents, uptime history) is retained for 90 days by default. Subscriber email addresses are retained until they unsubscribe or the status page is deleted. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics purposes.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted data at rest, secure password hashing (bcrypt), and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
